Minimum Loan Amount 10MM

MAX. LTC/LTV for debt portion: 70 - 75% (depending on property type)

Equity Partner will typically contribute the remaining portion needed, less the soft costs.

TOTAL LTV/LTC FINANCE POTENTIAL: 100% (Guarantor must have at least have the soft costs into the deal)
