Equity Partner will typically contribute the remaining
portion needed, less the soft costs.
TOTAL LTV/LTC FINANCE POTENTIAL: 100% (Guarantor must have at
least have the soft costs into the deal)
Property Types Include ( but not limited to) office condos,
residential developments, hotels, casinos, country club
projects, fractionals, office and retail projects. |
